When you submit our Growth Plan form, we collect the information you choose to share with us — typically your name, company, email, phone, fleet size, and a short description of where you need help. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to deliver the services you request.

Submissions are stored in our backend so our operations team can follow up with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our website runs on managed cloud infrastructure with TLS in transit and row-level access controls on the database that stores form submissions. Access to submission data is limited to authorized EasyDispatch personnel. Security responsibilities are shared between our hosting platform, EasyDispatch, and you as the user — we strongly recommend not including sensitive documents (DOT files, driver PII, payment details) in free-form fields.

This site uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this page.

We retain form submissions for as long as they are useful to support the relationship with you. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared, email us at operations@easy-dispatch.com and we will respond promptly.
